I can't access my Khaven account
You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password". By entering your email address, a reset email will be sent to you. Do not hesitate to check your spam or write to us at hello@khavenswim.com indicating your first and last name and/or the e-mail address used to connect.
I can't access my account on the new site
You are on the new Khaven site. If you had an account previously, it no longer exists. You must recreate an account on this site. To do this, we invite you to click on My account at the top right, then choose the email address and password you want to use to connect. Then click on "Register". A registration confirmation email will be sent to you. Remember to check your spam. If you are unable to log in, please email us at hello@khavenswim.com.
I can't change the language of the site
Our site is available in French and English. To change the language of the site, click on the top right on the FR or EN shortcuts.
I can't find some products on the new site
Who says new site, necessarily says large sorting. The product sheets of the old models have been deleted. You will only find products available for purchase online.

What are the delivery times ?
Once the order has been dispatched, it takes 24 to 72 hours for standard delivery (Colissimo) in France and 48 to 72 hours for delivery to the rest of the world.
The preparation of packages by our logistician can take 48 to 96 hours.
I want to return my order.
In order to make a return, you need to log into the following interface with your email address and your order number.
You have 14* days to make your return request through the interface. the return fees are at your charge in case of a refund request. We advise you to keep the tracking number of your package, khaven can not be held responsible for the loss of it. Some discounted items are not returnable.
*If you order with the "try before you buy - elyn" service, the delay is shorter, get more information on this service only available in metropolitan France here.
Following my return of order, how soon will I be reimbursed?
Your return package will be processed within 5 to 10 days.
Once it has been checked and accepted, the refund on the means of payment used for the purchase will be paid to you within 5 to 10 days - depending on your bank.
An email containing the code of your credit note will be sent to you upon receipt and control of your return.
Do you have points of sale in France?
Khaven does not own a shop.

How do I take care of my Khaven jersey?
To ensure the longevity of your Khaven jersey, be sure to rinse it by hand and with clear water after each use.
To dry your swimsuit, lay it flat and in the shade to preserve its color.
In order not to damage its components, be sure to dry your swimsuit thoroughly before storing it.

Can I mismatch my Khaven sets?
The Top and Bottom of our two-piece sets are separable by size: choose the size that suits your bust / chest and the one that suits your hip circumference.
It is quite possible to dissociate the associations of models: the fabrics are identical for each color.
What size should I choose for my Khaven jersey?
In the product page, you can refer to the "Size" tab, present to the right of each model.
You can also refer to the Size Guide present in the "Help" tab.

The new material
Since the Spring Summer 2021 collection, the material of Khaven swimsuits has been changed. Khaven opted for a softer, more resistant and slightly thinner Italian material for a second skin effect.
Swimsuits are always lined in the same material.
